Knowing how to recognize anomalies at the installation site is another skill required of a qualified installer, who must also be able to suggest appropriate changes or necessary improvements. At that point, knowing how to test the installed window or door completes the installer's qualification, along with the ability to liaise with the designer or project manager during the installation phases.
